Dear Wisconsin Polish American Congress members,
Dear Wisconsin Polish American Congress members,
I would like to inform you that at the April 26 meeting of the PAC Executive Committee
I announced that I will resign my office as of July 1, 2012.
My wife, Susan, my son Daniel Kazimierz, and I will be moving to Manhattan,
Kansas. Susan has been appointed to a professorship in the Department
of Educational Leadership at Kansas State University beginning in
August and I will be working in the area of international education. I have thoroughly
enjoyed working with all of you and I know that PAC Wisconsin will continue to grow and
continue its important mission with your involvement and under the professional leadership of
the executive committee.
Acting on our by-laws, the Board of Directors approved Mark Pienkos, Vice
President for Public Relations, to succeed my position.
Mark lives in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and has been active
in the PAC, the Polish National Alliance and the Knights of Columbus in
southeast Wisconsin. He is a school superintendent and is the Democratic
party chairman in his Congressional District.
We will have our general meeting on Saturday, June 2, 2012 –
10:00 a.m at the Polish Center of Wisconsin. I am sending you the dates
of upcoming meetings so you can mark your calendars.

I have already begun to develop PAC State Leadership in the State of Kansas, so I will continue to be involved!
